At ONBOARD LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience along with a clear and fair return process. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timeframes, and returns for purchases made through www.obcuttingboards.com .
SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handcrafted and typically ship within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. During peak seasons or for custom orders, additional time may be required. You will be notified if delays occur.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at admin@obcuttingboards.com for a custom quote.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are unused and in original condition
- Are not custom, engraved, or final sale items
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
Email admin@obcuttingboards.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us with a description of the issue and photos.
WARRANTY – OUR GUARANTEE
We warrant our cutting boards to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days from the delivery date. If your board arrives defective or does not meet our quality standards, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Note: This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, natural wood variations, or normal wear.
