Return and Refund Policy

At ONBOARD LLC, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following return and refund policy applicable to purchases made through our website www.obcuttingboards.com .
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that are customized , personalized , or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email us at admin@obcuttingboards.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
Note : Unauthorized returns or returns without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) may be refused.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days .
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same class of item, email us at admin@obcuttingboards.com with supporting information or images.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Custom-engraved or monogrammed items
- Clearance/final sale items
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@obcuttingboards.com .
8. RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
The return shipping address will be provided after your return request is approved. Do not ship items without prior authorization.
