Our Guarantee
At ONBOARD LLC, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every cutting board that leaves our Vermont workshop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Each cutting board is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you believe your board does not meet our high standards, please contact us at admin@obcuttingboards.com within the warranty period. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if possible.
We will review your claim and, if the issue qualifies under our warranty, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Please Note:
- This guarantee applies only to normal, intended use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper care, or modification.
- Minor cosmetic variances and wood grain differences are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
